Till the end of January I have an offer on our Macro and Calorie Coaching Program.
This will be different from our normal Coaching Plans as it will look to educate you not only on how to set up a Nutrition plan yourself, but provide weekly check ins with myself to help you understand the results you are getting and how to adjust the plan for the best results.
The program will cover everything from setting up initial Calories, Macros, food choices, training and recovery strategies etc (plus what all that is if you are unsure). It will also cover food choices, travelling, water and supplement intake etc
You will then check in each week with myself were we will go through the results and then adjust the plan as needed. This will be me taking you through the steps and why you do it so that you can learn to do it yourself.
As the plan is adjusted as you go it will be tailored for your goal, whether it is fat loss, weight management for competition, muscle gain, off season development and everything in between.
