Spreading the cost of Nutrition Plans

We all know how tough it is for athletes.

They have to train  hard year round, compete regularly and balance something that looks like a social life and family commitments.

Many athletes know that one of the best ways to make this manageable is to out source their training and coaching to other people. That way they don't have to worry about it anymore and they can let other people stress about their performance.

The problem comes when it is time to hire people. Most athletes only use coaching outside of their main skill set when they have a competition on the horizon. While this is a good idea, many athletes know that they would be better having full time coaching throughput the year as this would save them money and give them better results.

The problem for most is cost.

Most coaches ask for money up front (I used to be one of them) and the fee for a whole year (while a lot cheaper) can still be quite hefty for athletes on a budget.

I was finding this constantly with some of my athletes. In this climate, cost is always going to be a factor in any decision. So I took a look at it to see what I could do and found a way to split the cost of my plans throughout the year.

Now all my long term plans (3 months and above) can be split into monthly payments. This way people still get the savings and benefits of a long term plan but it makes it easier for them to afford.

If you are looking to take your performance to the next level with 24/7 support and something that is pacifically tailored to your sport and needs, then head HERE to have a look.

Stay healthy,

Mike
