Bit of a catch up.

Hey Guys,

Firstly thanks for coming over and checking out the relocated blog! There is loads of content already been moved over with loads more coming every week!

Absolutely loads happening at the moment with people buying and loving the new eBook (big thanks to everyone who has bought it and read it). it really means a lot to have your support and help you move forwards towards your goals.

Next week I am also launching a new nutrition plan aimed at people who are just trying to get their nutrition in order.

This will be for people who exercise a bit but aren't serious athletes (my other plans are better for them) quite yet. This will be for people who have found other diets a bit to restrictive and hard to follow. The plan will have tons of flexibility with lots of food options!

I have trialled this with numerous people in all different walks of life and the minimum fat loss has been 10 pounds with the average fat loss being between 1-3 pounds per week!

What's more the plan will be available for a 1 off fee of ONLY £10 with a furs there 25% off a full nutrition plan in the future!

Also coming this Sunday I am interviewing the body builder and Physique coach John Meadows!
