Product Review - Myprotein ZMA

Recovery.

It's by far one of the most important things in any training plan.

It is all well and good killing it when you're training and eating right, but if you aren't recovering then you are simply wasting your time.

You need to recover from your training so that you can become better, faster and stronger. While diet will take care of a massive part of your recovery, there are plenty of other things that you can do to make sure you are getting the very best from all that hard work.

One of the most over looked factors of these is sleep.

Most people simply don't get enough of it. They stay up all night watch YouTube videos or playing games on line. then when they finally do go to bed they struggle to fall asleep.

Now there are a few things you can do to help drift off like going to bed at the same time every night, making sure your room is cool and turning off any electrical devices. However one of the most effective that I have seen is to take ZMA (Zinc and magnesium).

Today I want to talk about my experiences with Myproteins ZMA.

I have been taking Myprotein ZMA for a while now in order to help with sleep. Now I have no problem falling asleep and regularly get between 8-10 hours sleep per night (as should everyone). However I sometimes have problems staying asleep and suffer from broken sleep.

Because of this I started to take ZMA.

I take 3 caps 1 hour before bed with my last meal (normally a protein and fat meal). this works brilliantly. I drift off quickly and naturally and stay asleep nearly the entire night (I may wake up once). I have tried taking 2 caps and 4 caps, however 2 gives me no noticeable effect were 4 doesn't give me an extra effect (trying to sleep right through). 3 is just right for me.


A great little product that I can recommend for anyone wanting to improve their recovery and sleep.
