Just a quick post today about something that I've noticed.
Recently I have had the pleasure in working with a good few female athletes and I've got to tell you something.
They work harder than men.
In general anyway. Tell a woman combat athlete to do something or eat something and guess what, they do it. No bitching, no moaning, just doing work.
Now guess what? Who gets the best results?
Thats right, women. So it's time men shut the hell up, followed the programme and actually manned up.
